About The Founder
Sweet Ransom Diversity Consulting was founded by Robin Sweet-Ransom. Robin, who has an MBA in Human Resources, is recognized by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). She is a Consultant and Facilitator with over 20 years’ experience with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Communication Improvement, Conflict, and Change Management strategies designed to empower and engage.
While working for Toyota Motor Sales, Robin was a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion who helped to spearhead their diversity initiatives and boosted team morale. In addition, she partnered with SkillPath Seminars to educate on the importance of building strong teams by communicating with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
The desire to tear down walls of divisiveness and build bridges through transformative conflict resolution techniques caused Robin to found SRD. She teaches companies how to turn their conflict into cash!
What sets SRD apart from other DEI consulting companies is that Robin never pushed racial or gender quotas. Her motto is: “If you change the way people think, they will change how they feel, and in turn change how they behave.” Thus, a diverse mindset leads to inclusive actions. She seeks to get to the heart of the problems that a client is experiencing so that viable solutions can be discovered and implemented.
