About The Founder
Sweet Ransom Diversity Consulting was founded by Robin Sweet-Ransom. Robin, who has an MBA in Human Resources, is recognized by the Association for Talent Development (ATD) as a Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP). She is a Consultant and Facilitator with over 20 years’ experience with Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Communication Improvement, Conflict, and Change Management strategies designed to empower and engage.
While working for Toyota Motor Sales, Robin was a Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Champion who helped to spearhead their diversity initiatives and boosted team morale. In addition, she partnered with Skillpath/National Seminars to educate on the importance of building strong teams by communicating with tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
The desire to share the incredible importance of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and Transformative Communication with all companies caused Robin to found SRD.
SRD partners with companies to enable them to discover what their missing or weak link is that is keeping them from becoming a force to be reckoned with. What sets SRD apart from other DEI consulting companies is that Robin prays for wisdom before designing a course that will best meet her clients’ needs. She seeks to get to the heart of the problems that a client is experiencing so that viable solutions can be discovered and implemented.
